Help and information about downloads and physical products - here we'll answer all your questions about how our download system works, who we are, and why you should feel comfortable buying from us! (See our About Us page here) Our RETURN policy and additional information can be found here.

1. Products that require shipping include ALL of the products on our site which are NOT specifically labeled downloads. If you are unsure if the product is a download or physical product, go back and read the product description again! Downloads are available instantly after payment. You can download your product immediately after making payment, directly via a link in your web browser. Google Checkout is an exception - they email you the download link right after payment. With Paypal, you'll also receive an email with your download link, in case you don't want to download right away .

2. We accept Paypal and Google Checkout for our payments. Both systems accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or Discover, and you don't have to be a member first to buy.

3. Physical products are shipped via First Class or Priority Mail for all Domestic Orders, depending on the weight. All domestic packages have a tracking number. There should be no difference in shipping times, which are estimated to be 2 to 4 days after the order is processed. Int'l orders are shipped via First Class Airmail.

3. You will have whatever time you need to download the file - the default setting is 5 days, but you can email us if you've lost your file and need access at a later date.

4. All downloads are meant to be downloaded completely, and then used on your own computer - with no ongoing access to the internet required once you've completed your download.

5. We DO try to provide tech support for all of our products, but keep in mind that downloads do require some knowledge on the part of the user! Understanding the basics of how to download a file, saving it to your harddrive, and unzipping the archive with Windows XP, Winzip, or Mac OS X is pretty basic, but we've certainly received frantic tech support requests from people who don't know how do to these basic things. If you're not sure you understand how to download and open a zip file, please try to find out before buying your download - it will save us both some time and effort!

6. Buying a download you are paying for the bandwidth as much as anything (some files are nearly 250 MB) - so we don't offer an unconditional refund. Read the reviews, listen to the samples, and email us BEFORE you buy! We're happy to answer any questions. Most the our products are ones we've authored, although we're branching out soon to include others.
